Ever since discovering Pinterest, I've been on the hunt for cool recipes. From a lasagna dip to quesadillas with spaghetti sauce, to brownies in a mug etc. I wanted to share with you probably one of the most easy but tasty recipe I've ever tried. Perfect for last minute dessert!
What you need:
-Cookie dough (homemade or Pillsbury's!)
-Baking tray
Steps;
1- First step, preheat oven at 350 degrees. Take a little bit of cookie dough and place it on top of the oreo cookie. Do the same thing with the bottom of the oreo. Afterwards, seal the edges together until you can't see the oreo cookie. (Tip: The less the better. The cookie dough will expand)
*I used 1 and a half cookie dough pack from Pillsbury to make 12 cookies. But, I did end up eating a lot of it raw & I put it too thick on the oreo. 1 pack should be enough next time.
2- Place in tray and cook for 10 minutes until golden.
*As you can see, the cookie dough expended too much. Next time, I will put less.
3- Eat & enjoy!
It's as easy as that but, it's also delicious!
I've seen this recipe on Pinterest before but I never tried it after all this time. Definitely going to now though, they look amazing!
